Answer: C — 91 days of Colorado domicile (physical presence plus intent to remain) before a decree may enter. 90 days is the near-miss bait; 181 and 182 point at the legal-separation-to-dissolution conversion period — the wrong rule entirely. Authority: C.R.S. 14-10-106(1)(a)(I).
